The Foundation monitors legislation that affects the bleeding disorders community and advocates for changes in policy when needed. We work hard to keep up to date on issues and work to educate our local politicians and health care officials about bleeding disorders and the resources for those affected to maintain the quality of life.

Summer Camp
Camp Tapawingo Applications are now available!
Camper, CIT (new and returning) and Staff (new and returning) Applications are available through the same weblink.
As you may have seen in recent mailings, HFO will be accepting Camp Tapawingo Applications online this year. You will be able to create your own login and manage your child's camp application on your own time. CIT and staff applications are also managed through this link.

Support Groups
HFO works hard to provide opportunities for peer support and education in a small group setting where families and individuals with bleeding disorders can come together in community.
• Portland Area Support Group - meets bi-monthly at Bulwinkles family fun center in Wilsonville. Families and children are welcome.
• Southern Oregon Support Group - meets bi-monthly during the school year in the Medford area. Families and children are welcome.
