Fundraising

HFO depends on fundraising to provide the events, programs, and education for the foundation.  We are continually in need of donations individuals, families, and businesses.  We also have two major fundraising activities throughout the year.

NHF Walk – Our third annual Walk will be held on June 27, 2015, at the Howard M. Terpenning Recreation Complex which is a part of the Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District in Beaverton, OR. The Walk is an opportunity to raise funds and awareness about bleeding disorders and to support all of the services provided by HFO on a year-round basis.

Much more than just a fundraising event, the Oregon Hemophilia Walk will bring together individuals affected by bleeding disorders, their families, friends, supporters and a diverse range of others who want to enjoy an amazing day at the Terpenning Recreation Complex while helping a worthy cause. We expect to see people of every age and background from parents with infants to grandparents to individuals with their dogs and everything in between. Click here for more information.

Just before the Walk, join us for the second annual Run for Our Lives: The Bloody Run 5 mile race. It will be held at the same location with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m. and the race beginning at 8:00 a.m. Register Here!

Shooting for the Stars – This is an evening with casino games, dinner, and both a silent and live auction.  HFO is grateful to its sponsors for this event, it is so important to the lifeblood of the foundation.
