Madonna began as Development/Events Director for HFO in January of 2013. She has extensive experience in nonprofit organizations ranging from agricultural development to hemophilia. She was the Development Director/Hemophilia Walk Manager for the Western Pennsylvania Chapter for four years before moving to Oregon. She earned her masters degree in Public Administration from Iowa State University. Madonna’s experiences include teaching Middle and High School Social Studies, High School and Collegiate coaching as well as youth development and international agricultural development. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family. Madonna is married and has two daughters and one son, all with von Willebrand Disease.
Nickie rejoined PNWBD in 2020. He is a college student working part time in his local chapter. Nickie does many of HFO's video work and all things technology. Nickie's dream is to work in the movie business. He has two younger brothers with Hemophilia A and a father with Multiple Sclerosis.
Rhonda has been with HFO since the fall of 2018. She currently splits her time with HFO with several other non- and for-profit organizations, both as a volunteer and staff member. Rhonda grew up in Philomath and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Linfield College. Her professional background includes 15 years in the forest products industry and several years with the local public school’s foundation. Rhonda and her husband Jon have three grown children, one almost-grown child, and have spent much of their free time over the last 20 years running from the swimming pool to the soccer field.
