About Me Madonna began as Development/Events Director for HFO in January of 2013. She has extensive experience in nonprofit organizations ranging from agricultural development to hemophilia. She was the Development Director/Hemophilia Walk Manager for the Western Pennsylvania Chapter for four years before moving to Oregon. She earned her masters degree in Public Administration from Iowa State University.
